Return Policy

Pedator provides one-to-one classes and sessions, so this page concerns booking cancellations, rescheduling, Wallet credits, and refunds rather than physical returns.

1. Cancellations and rescheduling

Students and educators should follow the cancellation and rescheduling rules displayed by Pedator for the relevant class. Depending on the timing and reason for cancellation, a booking may or may not qualify for a refund or Wallet credit.

2. Educator cancellation or no-show

If an educator cancels or fails to conduct a confirmed class, the student may be eligible for a refund or Wallet credit under Pedator's applicable policy. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions.

3. Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved for a class paid through the Wallet, Pedator may return the eligible amount to the Wallet or use another permitted refund method. Refunds may be subject to verification and investigation of disputed or reversed transactions. These reviews may also affect educator settlement, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

4. Consumer rights and contact

Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer rights. To ask about a cancellation, Wallet credit or refund, email yoursmetanoiapedator@gmail.com with your booking reference, class date and a short description of the issue. We review requests against the class rules shown in Pedator and the circumstances of the booking.
