Teachers may be required to provide additional professional or qualification-related information relevant to the subjects they teach.

Information collected by Pedator may be used to create and manage teacher and student accounts, facilitate one-to-one virtual classes, connect students with appropriate teachers and subjects, communicate regarding classes, payments, support, and platform-related matters, maintain platform security, prevent misuse or unauthorized activity, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

3. One-to-One Classes and Privacy

Pedator provides one-to-one virtual classes, where one teacher interacts with one student at a time. Teachers and students are expected to maintain professional boundaries and use the platform only for activities related to the selected subject or class. Users should avoid requesting, sharing, or exchanging unnecessary personal information.

4. Protection of Personal Information

Teachers and students are advised not to share sensitive or unnecessary personal information with each other, including home addresses, exact locations, personal identification documents, financial information, passwords, private photographs, or other confidential information. Communication should remain related to the relevant course, subject, fitness activity, education, beauty service, or other legitimate purpose for which the class is being conducted.

5. Misconduct, Abuse and Inappropriate Behaviour

Pedator does not permit verbal abuse, harassment, threats, inappropriate behaviour, discrimination, sexual misconduct, intimidation, or any other unacceptable behaviour between teachers and students. If misconduct is reported or identified, Pedator may investigate the matter and may suspend, restrict, or permanently block the account of the person involved. Pedator may also take other appropriate action where required by applicable law. Users are encouraged to report inappropriate behaviour to Pedator through the available support channels.

6. Information Sharing

Pedator will not intentionally sell or disclose users' personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent use. Information may be shared with service providers or other parties where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, process payments, provide technical services, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security and Retention

Pedator will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or comply with applicable legal requirements. By using Pedator, users agree to respect the privacy, safety, and personal boundaries of other users. Users should immediately report suspected privacy violations, harassment, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of personal information to Pedator. Pedator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised policy, where permitted by applicable law.
