Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, adding funds to the Wallet, booking a class, providing a class as an educator, or otherwise using Pedator, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Pedator

Pedator is a platform that connects students/users with educators, instructors, trainers and other service providers for one-to-one classes or sessions. Classes may be available across categories such as Education, Beauty, Fitness & Wellness and other categories introduced on the application. Pedator provides the technology and booking environment through which users and educators can connect.

2. No Certification

Pedator does not issue certificates, degrees, diplomas, licenses or professional qualifications for attending or completing a class. Completing a session does not mean that the student has received an officially recognised qualification. Educators must not represent a Pedator session as an official certification unless Pedator has expressly authorised such a representation.

3. One-to-One Classes

Each booking is intended for one student and one educator at the scheduled time. Users can select an educator, service and available time slot through the application. A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully processed. Both parties are expected to attend the confirmed session and follow the applicable class rules.

4. Wallet & Payments

Pedator may provide a Wallet through which users can add funds and pay for eligible classes. The applicable class fee will be deducted from the user's Wallet when a booking is completed or confirmed, as specified in the application. Wallet balances are intended for use on Pedator and should not be treated as a bank account, savings account, investment or deposit account.

5. Educator Payments & 30-Day Settlement

For each eligible class that has been successfully completed, the amount payable to the educator will be recorded in the educator's account. Eligible educator payments will generally be released after 30 days from the date of completion of the relevant class. The settlement period allows time for refunds, complaints, disputes, payment reversals, verification and fraud or compliance checks. Applicable platform fees, commissions, taxes, refunds or other permitted adjustments may be deducted before the educator receives the net amount. Where a transaction is under genuine review, payment may be held until the matter is resolved.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Students and educators should follow the cancellation and rescheduling rules displayed by Pedator. Depending on the timing and reason for cancellation, a booking may or may not qualify for a refund or Wallet credit. If an educator cancels or fails to conduct a confirmed class, the student may be eligible for a refund or Wallet credit under the applicable policy. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on an account.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be handled according to Pedator's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where a refund is approved for a class paid through the Wallet, Pedator may return the eligible amount to the Wallet or use another permitted refund method. Refunds may be subject to verification and investigation of disputed or reversed transactions.

8. Education, Beauty, Fitness & Wellness

Educational sessions are intended to support learning and do not guarantee examination results, admission, employment or any particular academic outcome. Beauty-related sessions are generally educational or informational and should not automatically be considered medical or dermatological advice. Fitness and wellness sessions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice. Users should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary and participate in physical activities responsibly.

9. User & Educator Conduct

Users and educators must provide accurate information and communicate respectfully. Harassment, abuse, threats, inappropriate conduct, fraud, misuse of the Wallet or payment system, and unlawful activity are not permitted. Users and educators must not intentionally bypass Pedator's payment system for transactions arising from connections made through Pedator. Personal information belonging to another person must not be misused or disclosed without appropriate permission.

10. Intellectual Property & Class Materials

Pedator's software, logo, branding, design, text, graphics and other original Platform materials belong to Pedator or its licensors. Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or commercially used without permission. Educators are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide during classes do not unlawfully infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.

11. Privacy, Recording & Account Security

Use of Pedator is also subject to its Privacy Policy. Users and educators should protect their login credentials and should not access another person's account. A class, conversation, image, video or other personal interaction should not be recorded, photographed, screenshot or redistributed without the required consent, except where permitted or required by law. Pedator may use reasonable security and verification measures to protect the Platform and its users.

12. Account Suspension, Changes & Governing Law

Pedator may suspend or terminate an account for serious violations of these Terms, fraud, payment abuse, Wallet misuse, harassment, unlawful activity or other misuse of the Platform. Pedator may modify or discontinue features, categories, payment methods or Wallet functionality and may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer and other legal rights. Any eligible outstanding amount will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Pedator's policies.
