Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Payments made for classes on Pedator are generally non-refundable. A refund will not normally be provided if a student does not like the teacher, teaching style, class content, or overall class experience, provided the class was conducted as scheduled.

2. Payment Errors

If a payment is accidentally made twice, deducted incorrectly, delayed, or affected by a technical or payment-processing issue, Pedator may review the transaction and provide an appropriate refund, adjustment, or correction.

3. Class Cancellation

If a class cannot be conducted due to a genuine issue involving the teacher, student, or platform, Pedator may provide rescheduling, credit, or refund as appropriate after reviewing the circumstances.

4. Teacher Payments

Teachers will receive payment according to the applicable percentage or payment arrangement communicated by Pedator for the relevant class or service.

5. Platform Fees and Deductions

Applicable platform fees, payment-processing charges, GST, taxes, or other lawful deductions may be deducted from the applicable payment. The relevant deductions will be communicated according to the applicable payment terms.

6. Student Discounts

Pedator may offer discounts, promotional offers, or other benefits to students. Such offers and their applicable percentages may vary from time to time.

7. Changes in Fees and Percentages

Teacher payment percentages, platform fees, discounts, and other applicable charges may change from time to time based on Pedator's policies, market conditions, demand, promotional activities, or other business requirements.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider and may take additional time to appear in the user's account.

9. Refund Misuse

False, fraudulent, or repeated misuse of the refund process may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of the user's Pedator account.

10. Policy Updates

Pedator may update this Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policy from time to time. The applicable policy will be determined according to the terms in effect for the relevant transaction.
